Well Ok, I train 7 days aweek everyday I work on Boxing, Martial Arts Abs, then Mon
(Chest/Bis) Wed (Back/Tris) Fri (Legs/houlders). I spend nomore than a hour in the gym.
Spending hours in the gym doesnt do anything for you just over train your muscles and
decrease what your trying to do. A short fast effective wokout is all u need.
